I introduced various noodles in my blog. Agesoba, which is called Saraudon in Nagasaki, is also a kind of noodle. The noodle is deep-fried, so its texture is like potato chips. Sauteed vegetables and thicken soup are on the noodles. Ringer Hut is a very famous noodle restaurant in Japan and it serves Saraudon.
