Yellowtail is a standard menu in Japanese restaurants.

Then, I found many recipes on the internet and I recognized the menu is very popular in Japan. Teriyaki sauce contains soy sauce, mirin, and suger. If you like soy sauce and sweetened sauce, please try teriyaki sauce in Japan. The others in the picture are a salad with sesami dressing and rice with seaweed and dried young sardines. We sometimes eat rice mixed with some ingredients.
