We call this Japanese cuisine WASHOKU.


I went to a Japanese food restaurant and ordered a lunch set with Udon.

"Washoku, traditional dietary cultures of the Japanese, notably for the celebration of New Year" was added to UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2013.

You can see Udon, Sushi, Tempura, Sashimi, Chawan-mushi and others in the picture.
