Mazesoba is not a major noodle in Japan. We can eat it in some ramen restaurants. Maze means mixing and Soba means noodles, so we can eat it after mixing. Compared with ramen, Mazesoba has less and thicker soup. If you like noodles and want to eat many kinds of noodles in Japan, please try it. The first photo is before mixing and the second photo is after mixing. The last photo is after mixing with rice and soup. The special feature of mazesoba is that we put rice in the bowl and eat it like a rice porridge.
