Maze literary means mixing and Soba literary means noodles. We can eat mazesoba in some ramen restaurants all year round. Especially some ramen restaurants serve mazesoba as a special summer menu because cold noodles are use for mazesoba. When I want to eat noodles in hot summer, I often eat mazesoba. There are different kinds of mazesoba like seafood flavor and spicy flavor. When you want to eat cold noodles, I recommend you to eat mazesoba. How to eat it is easy. You just eat it after mixing. I will show the pictures of mazesoba before and after mixing. Red one in the first picture is spicy seasoned cod roe. White one in the third picture is soft-boiled egg.
