Nagasaki Champon is a kind of noodle in Japan. Nagasaki means one of the prefectures in Kyushu. Champon is a noodle dish topped with a variety of ingredients such as meat, seafood and vegetables. So, Nagasaki Champon means champon which is originated in Nagasaki as shown in the picture. When we call the noodles not originated in Nagasaki, we just call it champon or champon-men. The word "Men" literally means noodles. Nagasaki Champon is very popular noodles because it is very delicious, healthy and not oily. The ingredients are pork, bean sprouts, carrot, corn, green onion, boiled fish paste, cabbage and wood ear mushroom. These ingredients are almost same in Saraudon.
