There are many kinds of ramen in Japan.


Ramen is one of the most popular foods in Japan. It is not expensive and very delicious. The most important part of ramen is its soup and soup flavors are miso, soy sauce, salt and tonkotsu which is based on pork bones in general. However new types of soups have emerged recently. One of the new ingredients added to the soup is the short-neck clam as shown in the picture. As soon as I ate the soup, I could tasted a short-neck clam and smelled it. It is a "assari ramen". I think you can enjoy eating different kinds of ramen during your travel in Japan.
