Spaghetti is served in Italian restaurants and some European restaurants in Japan. It is easy for foreign travelers to find restaurants which serve spaghetti. Spaghetti and other kinds of pasta are also served as a school lunch in school canteens. We have Japanese-Italian fusion pasta dish. Beef and vegetables spaghetti with sukiyaki sauce is a good example in the picture. Sukiyaki is a very famous Japanese traditional food. The taste is based on soy sauce, mirin, sugar, liquor, egg, etc. I think it would be interesting for foreign travelers to look for hybrid foods in Japan.
