Tandoori chicken is a dish that originated in India. We can also eat it in many Indian restaurants in Japan. Tandoori chicken is usually cooked in a tandoor, a cylindrical clay oven in India, but my wife cooks it using a frying pan. The recipe can be found on the internet.
