I prefer ordering tsukemen in a ramen restaurant because it becomes hotter than usual, little by little. Some Japanese prefer cold noodles in spring and summer. Dipping soup is not hot but noodles are cold.
In the first picture, the dipping soup is spicy and is based on pork bone. In the second picture, the dipping soup is based on dried bonito and chicken. There are many kinds of soups for tsukemen. I really recommend you to eat tsukemen in spring and summer.
