Halloween is one of most popular events in Japan. However the event was not popular more than 30 years ago. I didn't have the opportunity to join the event when I was a child. We can recently see many Halloween decorations in shopping centers and restaurants etc. USJ also conducts different kinds of Halloween events every year. For this year, it is conducting three different kinds of events from September 7 to November 4. These events are Screaming Halloween, Kowa Kawa Halloween and Otona Halloween. Kowa Kawa and Otona are Japanese words. Screaming Halloween has 6 courses and there is an age requirement for some courses. Kowa Kawa Halloween is the event for the entire family. Otona means adult. The event is for adults who want to dress up with accessories.
