Valentine Day is generally a special day when women give chocolates to men who she love in Japan. However we have a different custom called Giri-choko. Giri-choko means that women give chocolates to men in the same workplace. The men in the same workplace are just co-workers. Men also give chocolates to women in White Day. Young people also have different custom that they give chocolates to their friends and themselves.
