Yakiniku is a Japanese style barbecue which most of Japanese know. There are many yakiniku restaurants throughout Japan. So, it is a very popular Japanese cuisine. When we eat yakiniku, we use several kinds of cooking utensils like a hotplate and a grill pan. Me and my family occasionally eat yakiniku at home. I grilled bite-sized meat and vegetables on plate at home as shown in this picture. We usually eat yakiniku after dipping sauce. Korean restaurants also serve Korean-style yakiniku. When you come to Osaka for sightseeing, You can easily find yakiniku restaurants everywhere.
