Some ramen restaurants provide a service where customers can can choose their preference. For example, we can choose the firmness on noodles, fattiness and quantity of sliced long green onions as shown in the picture written in Japanese.
When you go to a ramen restaurant, a staff sometimes asks you "Would you like your noodles to be firm, medium or soft?", "How much oil would you like in your ramen, much oil, normal, a little, or no?" and "How much onions do you want?"
When I order a ramen, I usually ask for firm noodles, a little oil and a lot of onions.
